i got my 2010 mercedes from a dealership in toronto with 85000 km and i paid over $2500 for auto gard one year extended warrenty full coverage !!!!!
, i got the first proplem after 2 month
which is the front two routers need replacement, I contact AUTO GAURD ADVANTAGE and after three days WAITING I DID CALL BACK AND IT IS LIKE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT !!?
and said the o parts not included, OKAAAY ! WHAT IS THE INCLUDED PARTS THEN /
After 4 month i had an other proplem which is the AC system gone and i drop it at mercedes dealership
and they told me it need new heater motor and air compresser ,
I contact these shitty warrenty and after weakes back and forth and calling every day and like usuall the lady
over the phon said , we will call you back , wait two days and call them back ...
she said OoOps WE FORGOT TO CALL YOU BACK ANY WAY IT IS NOT COVERED !!!!!!!!
DONT GO WITH THESE WARRENY IT SHOULD CALL IT FRAUD GARD NOT AUTO GARD.

John post the VIN NUMBER to your car. That way the company can do some research and find out if there's a way they can help you. If you want some help you have to be more specific about your problem post the vehicle identification number that identifies your car. I have touched base with the company and they want to do some research.
