Auto marketing systems scam vehicle selling company bedford, Virginia
Auto marketing systems is a scam. They used the same trickery and deceiving methods on me which they used on everyone who filed they reports on this site. I will do whatever it take to get my money back. To file a lawsuit claim against them, go to your court and file a small court civil claim against the company. The fee is really cheap. I live in Brooklyn ny and their company is in Virginia. I went to my court and filed a lawsuit claim. It was $45. Then you must contact the sheriff in there county which is Bedford Virginia and you must tell the sheriff that you have a summons you want to serve in there county and they will give you all the instructions. The sheriff will serve them the lawsuit. The sheriff must also fill out an affidavit, which you will bring back to the court. Once automarket get the summons, they will pay you your refund, because they will be to scared to face the judicial system....there real address is 1617 longwood ave, bedford VA 24523....the use a p.o. box address which you cannot use to file a lawsuit claim. This is what i am doing myself. Hope everyone who reads this uses this knowledge and get there justice.
