Auto Marketing Systems Company ripped me off for $199.99 Internet
I was called by Auto Marketing Systems after I posted an ad on kijiji.ca for my 2001 honda civic. they said they would gaurantee the sale of my car. they told me that it was 199.99 $ and that i could get all but 29.99$ back if they didn't sell the car.
So i accepted their services because I thought I am only risking 29.99$. well after a month I called them because I had not recieved one phone call from them about my car. I called wanting a refund but they said I had to wait 90 days after enrolment on december 9, 2011. (they were very rude on the phone btw).
So I waited now it is 115 days after i enrolled. still not A SINGLE CALL FROM THEM! They say I can get a refund becuase it is now two weeks after the 90 day garauntee. so i have a two week window to ask for my refund. I was not told this.
I feel like a complete idiot.
Is there anything I can do in this case. does visa cover me here and my 199.99$. do I have any options left?
