I ordered a part from them via Air Mail and paid extra money for the expedited shipping. When they shipped the item, they did not label the package with the full address and I didn't receive my item until a week later after talking with UPS over the phone and correcting the shipping information. Once I got the item in too late, I saw where the print on the shipping label was cut off. I tried contacting AMS via email and did not receive a response. When I contacted them by phone, I got nowhere either. The shipping money was gone. A month later I was charged a $100 fee by them for not shipping my original part to them in exchange for the new one. This may have been something mentioned in fine print somewhere upon ordering, but beware when ordering that you are aware of any charges like this.
