They have had my return for over 2 weeks now and will not refund my money. Lied twice in one call on when they received my return.
Accused me of racism after I asked them to speak in clear English sentences. Since they were using incomplete and confusing sentences.

Not sure why this customer keeps lying - when we have all the the proper documents - showing our honesty. Customer said on the 28th of October that we had the ECM for 2 weeks already - when you can clearly see that he has shipped the item back on October 20th. We received the ECM back on October 31st - REFUND was issued the same day. We are honest company - we said we will issue a refund once we get our ECM back - which we did the same day as we promised. Unfortunately this customer used so many F...words in the phone conversation - we needed to end the phone call. Case was closed by Pay-Pal on the October 31 – when they confirmed that the item was delivered to us.

It is clear from the message from the seller that they do in fact have the item, and have not provided a refund.
They actually just proved my point. They will not provide refunds per their website. They just showed PROOF the item has been returned.
They just admitted their gilt
And yes, they did offend me, on a personal level, by accusing me of racism since I asked to speak to someone that uses complete sentences. Yelling and cutting me off.

Unfortunately this customer is not telling the truth about this whole situation.
On 10/19/2016 customer called - informing us that he will be returning the item, cause he did not needed. He would not talk to our Customer Service to get the RMA#. He said ,, I'm returning it, I do not need to talk to anybody about the return - deal with it,,. Returns do not work like that - you must get the RMA# for every return. Since the customer hung up - note was written - that this customer does not want to talk to anyone and he will be returning the item for a partial refund.
On 10/28/2016 - customer called again - asking where is his refund - since ,,as he said,, we had the part for 2 weeks.
He shipped the item back on 10/20/2016 - Today is 10/31/2016 and we still have not received the item back.

Eceryone can see that this customer was lying about the shipping info. We do not need to lie - we have the tracking # to proveit. Customer was giving the tracking # to show that the item is still in transit . About the ,,racism,, accusation - everyone can read his ,, complain,, - it speaks for itself.
