I had purchased car insurance in case of break down. Car came to a hault because of poor workman ship on behalf of a mechanic. I have been requesting notations, pictures and information accumulated by Ominsure and their representatives and they have flat out said I can not have any information unless I hire a lawyer. I have been adamint about not persuing Ominsure, but the mechanic who ruined my car. Omnisure refuses to surrender any data that could get my car fixed or force the mechanic to stand behind his work. Ominsure states that all data that was accumulated, Omnisure is denying my claim, even though it has been paid by me. Ominsure is continuing to claim that my fees are due yet refuse to handle my case and even provide any information that could get my car back on the road because of a dollar amount owed. I had now cancel their payment in which I was current and placed on autopay and never late. After an approximate $1,500 in payments to a money hungry coperation I am now forced to use social media to let consumers know this is not a company to spend your hard earn money with.
