Automaster Truck Sales untrustworthy consumer rip-off fraud Malden Massachusetts
Don't trusth a word they say .....
ON march 6, 2003 I purched a car for $7000.00 , after receving the car I took it to get inspection the car failed so the next day I returned the car for repairs, the front end transmission and a tail light ,they held my car for three days I call them to see if it was ready and the mechanic said come and pick it up so I did driving the car home a warning light came on telling me that their was a tail light out so the light was never fix . returning to inspetion station the car failed again . so I got home and called the dealer telling him of the problem he said to bring it in for repairs .
so return to drop the car off it stalls and I started it up the engine started making a very loud noise so I left it at the shop the following day the manager call me and said the car needs an engine and it would cost me 500.00 dollors and I refused to pay because the car was still under the 30 day war. now I am in to the second week in april with no car and paying for a car I don't have. I have called about my car and all I get is a rude remarks from the manager this car is a lemon, so if you are thinking of buying a used car don't buy from automaster of malden.
