I ORDERED A FRONT BUMPER COVER FOR A 2001 FORD WINDSTAR. I HAD THE EXACT PART I NEEDED AND EVEN READ THE PART NUMBER OFF THEIR SITE WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER. SO AFTER SLOW SHIPPING I RECEIVED IT ON MAY 20TH. IT WAS THE WRONG PART SO WE DIDN'T EVEN OPEN THE BOX, WE NEEDED THE COVER WITH THE GRILL INCLUDED. UPON CALLING THE COMPANY (WHICH AFTER 75 CALLS TO THEM I AM CONVINCED THEY ARE NOT IN THE U.S.) I WAS SENT A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. I SENT THE PART BACK ON MAY 22. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM MULTIPLE TIMES I WAS TOLD SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH.

I WAS TOLD ORGINALLY THEY WOULD EXCHANGE THE PART, THEN I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T DO EXCHANGES AND I WOULD HAVE TO BUY THE CORRECT PART. I TOLD THEM I NO LONGER HAVE MY DEBIT CARD I USED TO PURCHASE THE ITEM I HAVE SINCE SWITCHED BANKS AND WAS TOLD WHEN THEY RECEIVE MY PART THEY WOULD ISSUE A CHECK AND SEND IT IN THE MAIL. I SPOKE WITH A "SUPERVISOR" ABOUT THIS. HE GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION # STATING I WOULD GET A CHECK WHEN PART ARRIVED.

I AM NOW BEING TOLD THEY WON'T ISSUE A CHECK UNTIL I SEND SOME DOCUMENTS TO THEM, I TOLD THEM NO I'VE DONE ENOUGH WITH THIS COMPANY YOU NEED TO GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND BACK AND THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME NO. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD SUCH DEALINGS WITH SUCH AN AWFUL COMPANY!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I CAN'T BELIEVE THE GULL THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO NOT SEND ME MY MONEY BACK.

NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING!!!
