Was advised to buy a house in Victorville last February. Was told the house would appreciate by $100,000 in a year. Bought the house for $299,000 from one of THEIR investors, the house is now worth $250,000. I am in the process of doing a foreclosure. Had a credit score of 780 when I walked in their doors last year, now I have no choice but to ruin my credit. Thanks Autumn Leaf!!! This company is out to make money for themselves, not their investors. Same situation in AZ. Bought the house in January of this year and 6 months later, the house has depreciated $40,000. This company overinflates the appraisals to get the sale and then leaves their investors out to dry. I've also been fighting to get an Ernest Money Deposit back since December of last year. I'm going to Small Claims Court and hope to get justice that way.
