I bought 11 roses from Autumnridge Nursery on-line last April. They came pretty fast, but only wrapped with newspaper and the roots were pretty dark. My gardener and I planted them right away. A few weeks later none of them seemed alive, I called the nursery. One of the clerks told me to wait because the Feb shippment didn't come to life yet. She told me to wait for another six weeks. So I did. I planted all of them in front of my house( it gets a lot of sun and I watered them everyday) A few weeks passed by still none of them seemed to be alive. Everyday, my neighbors passed by and commented on those dead plants but I told them the Nursery people told me they would come to alive , I'd be paient.

During that peiod of time I bougt some roses from Costco and moved all of my roses from back yard and planted them all there and they were all alive . Yet only those I bought from the Autmnridge nursery didn' even have one single leave. I finally called them up again . The lady was nice she told me it was too late to replace any this time of the year. she told me to call back in Feburay next year. I asked her if those dead plants needed to be sent back and she told me NO.

So I called them back in ealy Feburay. this time things were different. I told them the whole story, but the supervisor asked me if I stll had the dead roots and asked me to send them back. I responed with "Thank You " when I called a few times nobody asked me to sent them back and I even confirmed with one of the employees there. Then I asked to talk to the OWNER and he told me that call back in two weeks. So I did. I explained the whole story again o one of he ladies, she suggeste I call back on Monday and found out who was the person that promisedd that those plants would be replace next year. I called the second day, sure enough none of the would take the resposibility and they just said they would send the Replacement Form. I got a few days later.

In the form it states that"we are willing to replace your plants that failed to live for 1/2 the original purchase price plus only $2.5 shipping and handling. I was pretty furious and called them again and told them the whole story again. the lady insisted the policy and asked o talk to the supervisor he would not listen again and was trying to hang up. I asked if the owner was there this time they old me he owner was out agai and would not be back in anotheer three weeks.

I am really sick of the whole thing. One of my friends who told me this nursey website also has had the same problem whith the nursery as I do. This nursery has no credibilty at all. they told me I must get 50% of what I paid and that is the policy, but actually my friend only paid the shipping and got her full replacement. This Nurser just rip you off as much as possible . First full amount and then half the amount. By now I still haven't solved the problem. This calling again and again really wears m off. So I just give up. This year I jus cut some of my roses branches and planted them on the ground there you go most of them were alive. Since I plated all tose roses in front of my garden, all my neighbos can be my winesses. Don't ever buy anything from Autumnridge Nursery unless you don't feel troubled.
