Avanti Mansion Worst Expirance in my life, in all aspects Blasdell, New York
I booked my wedding with the Avanti Mansion in Blasdell NY. They refused to return my calls, answer my e-mails, Never followed through with anything that they said they would. We are now 3 weeks til we are suppose to get married. I not heard from my wedding planner in 6 weeks. I have yet to have my 2 hour wedding panning session, I have yet to have a final proposal. Finally after becoming fed up with this company and realizing it is to close to continue hoping they were going to do something, I decided to cancel. At the beginning when I signed my first contract I was told, 1000 was non refundable. when I tried to cancel I was told I was surrendering all my payment total $8500. not only do I not have enough time to plan a new wedding but all my money went to them. I feel they have completely ruined what was suppose to be the best day of my life.
