On May 6 I ordered trial Avanti skin cream and eye cream for the price of shipping only. On May 20 I was billed 89.87 for skin cream and 85.97 for the eye cream. I called the company and told them I only wanted the trial. They told me that what I paiid for was for the trial. THIS is so misleading! They said sorry they couldn't do anything but give me a future order for a discount price. I never ordered a full size of this product I only ordered the free trial which was to be for the cost of shipping only. Very upset and think they are a scam!

Is how I Feel .shortley after ordering the free trial I goggled avanti skin care found out that they were a scam and counceled my order and they ignored my request and billed me anyhow

 Hello, I just received an offer for this same product, however, I wanted to read their reviews first so I looked up the product online and noticed there were Ripoff Complaints. I quickly searched their site for any statement claiming that they will start charging after X amount of days. Sure enough, at the very bottom of the Oder page, it reads, "Terms". Here, it clearly states they have every right to charge you, unfortunately! Continue reading.... "At the end of your 14 Day trial, if you do not wish to continue taking Anti-Aging Eye Serum, you must call customer service to cancel within 14 Day trial of placing your trial order or you will be automatically enrolled in our auto-ship program. See details below. "Anti-Aging Eye Serum Auto-Ship Program: Our auto-ship program was designed to prevent interruptions in your supply of Anti-Aging Eye Serum in order to maximize your results. Therefore, unless you cancel before the end of your trial period as outlined above, we will charge your credit card $89.97 and you will be automatically enrolled as a member in our auto-ship program. Please take the time to fill out the FTC filing.  It doesn't take long.  Let's stop these folks.  I NEVER got the Terms and Conditions or else I would've canceled the order had I seen the pricing.  It's a racket.

I do not recall anywhere where it said I had to call to not order, nor would the company furnish me that information in writing when I called them. I asked them to email me exactly what I ordered when I did the "free" trail and they said they could not do that.

 Did you forget to call and cancel your "automatic refill"? Any free trial comes with a cancellation period to avoid being enrolled in autopay.
