Avas Flowers Worst company to deal with Mahwah New Jersey
This has been the WORST company to deal with. We ordered flowers by phone with this company to have them delivered to a family member for birthday. Day of delivery comes and no flowers delivered. Called and spoke to a representative and they stated the delivery truck has been delayed and will need to re-schedule the delivery. The issue with this is the family member was going out of town and couldn't get them. We re-scheduled for a delivery this next week and they delivered to the wrong address. Called again and spoke to a representative and was told we could schedule delivery for another day. We requested money back but they refuse to do this and charge you a 50% restocking fee and cannot grant a refund! WHAT A JOKE! SICK OF THIS PLACE! Placing a chargeback with my bank!
