This was just a bad experience and ridiculous unbelieveable. To start my flowers were not delivery on time and when I called to find out about it I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. The person that I spoke with her name is Lana and she had told me that they had try to delivery it at certain time and nobody answer, which it was not true my mom was there the whole day and my mom said nobody knock or ring the doorbell. I tried to cancel the order since I didn't want to deal with them anymore and couldn't cancel than I asked to speak with a manager and she told me that she can put a request for a manager to call me back, which I never heard from them.

Finally my flowers arrived at 9:30 PM and I was coming home at that time from work. I saw the guy looking for address and asked me that if I knew where a certain address was, I asked if he was delivering flowers (because I figured it was the flowers for my mom) he said yes. He had the wrong address and I told him that he had the wrong address and told him the right address. I received the flowers and gave them to my mom, when it was suppose to be a surprise earlier.

The flowers were not fresh and not what I ordered, I had order lillys with roses and this arrangements had carnation with lilys. REALLY I wanted roses for my mom. The lillys were old and falling apart. I was not happy at all. Avas flowers charged $3 more to have a card with something written in it and the spelling was bad and I had enter in the form how it was supposed to say.

I called again to inform them I was unsatisfied with the flowers and services, I told them I wanted a refund. They couldn't help me with that, I asked for a manager and the guy said that there are no managers. I said to myself everyplace have a manager or some sort of a supervisor. Well he denied to give me a refund based on there policy. I spoke with Duwen and told him that I could of done a better job on doing the flowers myself and delivery it myself. But I wanted a stress free and no worries and really surprise her, well I stress myself with the whole experience from start to finish. 

I want to put a demand on this company and will like to get my money back.
