 I ordered a sample product and was charged shipping and handling. Then my credit card was charged full retail price for the sample product because I did not cancel the enrollment within 14 days. I was then enrolled in an auto ship program. The product was suppose to be endorsed by Joanna Gaines, which it is not. When you order the wrinkle cream sample $4.98 you automatically get an eye serum $5.99. Then they charged full retail of $89.26 and$98.11 for the samples. I was not aware of the14 cancellation in 14 days or be charged full retail for a sample.
