This product does not do as reported and when I called about being charged they were unwilling to receive the product back if unopened or unsealed will not credit my account. I will also be filing a report with the indiana attorney General.

The correct address is Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals 1661 Waycross Rd Cincinnati, OH 45240 First off, they will not give you credit right off the bat. That is their policy on all orders that have already been shippied prior to cancelation. Now, I assume that you did agree to further shipments. That is due to the fact that they do record all calls for the sales department and suspend and terminate sales reps that fail to inform the customer. So we will assume that you agreed and did not understand what you were agreeing to. That happens. So, what to do? Well, you have two choices. You can contact your doctor and ask him to write a letter for you that you can fax to Berkeley. It has to state that you are unable to take the product. Most effective reason would be an alergy to the Black Kohash in the product. Make sure it has the doctor's stationary. That prevents people with a home computer from printing their own. Once they get this they HAVE TO credit you. You other choice would be to conatct your credit card company. This is the proven method, because it is effective, and it actually goes against the company. Given enough complaints, Visa and MasterCard will just stop dealing with them. It is also a better use of time as it will unleash the credit card's resources on them and let them do the work. Either one of these methods should get you your money back quickly and effectively.
