Yep, I had a feeling it was going to go in this direction, and they (corporate and Denise Ley) insisted we couldn't have the money back, etc... so I called my credit card company (Chase) and I had to fill out some papers stating what happened, and within 2 weeks the money was debited back to my credit card. End of story, I'm happy. BTW, if no one ever told you, you really should always pay with a credit card for practically everything. If anything goes wrong (like in the case of Avon trying to take my money and run) you will more than likely get it back.
