Ordered this face cream recently, read the whole website, received the cream, i hadn't even opened the package yet when my bank account was charged $74.94 for what they call a 14 replacement cream, which it's done automatically. Cust Serv rep claimed I must have missed some fine line on the website. Highly doubt that. She cancelled my account but she said that until they received the trial bottle and the new replacement cream they would not refund my bank account. Which sucks since because of that transaction (UNAUTHORIZED) i incurred in $50 worth of Non-sufficient funds fees for transactions i did authorize. I will call my bank and see if they can help me reverse the fees. But BEWARE, the darn $3.95 cream may end up costing you the $3.95, another $74.95 and any fees you may incur iwith your bank. WHAT A RIP-OFF!!!!
