Award Notification Commission ,ANC ,National Award Commission ,WWO Weltweiter Transportdienst ... Telling my father he has won millions and constantly urge him to send cash Kansas City Kansas
It's not happening to me, but my father. He gets
letters since end of last year stating he has won
about 1.4 milllion Euro and can choose a payment
plan either for several years or get a lump sum of
the entire amount. To confirm the registration he
has to send 15 Euro and do some trivial exercises,
again and again.
The problem is not me, but my father, because he
is believing them and sends more and more money,
even more than they want, because he things, that
this makes them to pass him even more. Sometimes
it's up to 10 letters a day (he sends in !!!!).
Since some months they are sending small almost
trivial exercises he thinks are used for testing his
cleverness and how much he deserves the prize.
There are constantly more and more of them and
he takes this as a proof that the rate he will get,
can get even higher with each letter. Needless to say, that his bank account is currently already on the debit side.
Noone and nothing in the entire world can convince
him, that this is all scam and he will not see anything
of the money abain. He would rather break up with
the rest of all his family than stop sending money to
this company. It's not funny, really
He is getting letters from other companies as well,
e.g. "national award commission", "international award
payment commission", "National Awards Advisory
Center" or "WWO, weltweite Transport Organisation
fr Gewinnauszahlungen" (or something like that,
unfortunately i cannot check this currently as my
father has already sent back, this is German, means:
worldwide award payment transport organization) in
the netherlands. I think these "companies" are all one
and the the same, because all the letters are looking
similar.
Any idea how to handle this is welcome.
