This school is will steal your money and run. I paid for a dropped class on FEB. 27th 2010, told them that I need everything in writing within 10days of payment. Darla Martinez stated that will not be an issue and I hung up the phone. Now here we are 59 days later 67 phone calls later, 102 emails and 1 POed person and still no writing notice of payment.Here is a break down, Call 25, 12 days after payment I placed to Axia College, Financial Aid customer service agent we have 30 days to release that info please stop calling. I stated the fact that A supervisor stated that it would be sent to me within ten days as agreed upon. Was told do not call back. Call 41 35 days after payment, Customer service agent Sir I see here we told you not to call back for 30 days. We cannot help you until it has been 30 days from payment. I kindly let her know that it has been 35 days since payment and 25 days since I was promised the information. Then she tells me we have 45 days to release that information. Now I am furious. So I let a few days go by.
Call 50 Day 40 I speak to a new supervisor that tells me everything is taken care of and I can apply to any school and I am fine they have faxed all the paper work to the powers that be. Great finally I get some where. WRONG!! I am currently attempting to get into a different online college, when my FASFA is flagged for unpaid balance. REALLY! So I know it is not a good idea to call there for a few days because there is a good chance I would have threatened harm to someone. SO Days 49 to 59 I have called once or twice a day to get NO WHERE. All along not able to finish my degree due to the lack of integrity, professionalism, and just common respect they have shown me.
