Axiom Protection Group Derrick Humpfrey Rediculus Pay Promises not kept!! Taylor, Michigan
i came home from the marines in 2010 i was looking for a job after being fired from mine. My friends grandma told me they were hiring so i took my former roomate with me to go and apply. everything was great at first i was called almost immediatly, i had my own vehicle so i wasnt too woried about being in the elements, i worked a night and then got a semi permenent job in bellville i worked there for a while got to know a few people and the site supervisor liked mine and my former roomates work ethic. we worked 12 on 12 off like clockwork and everything seemed fine untill the former roomate quit i stayed on the site for a while longer and got him to come back, then he was fired, and then i was moved, not before i was fired from the site because someone lied and said that i wasnt locking and unlocking the doors on time, which should have been on camera, i also had DETAILED reports that i had to write, but i was not called for about a month, i finally got a call to work a parade and the boss was there and she was very imressed by the way i ran the show by the way the boss is the wife for the mayor of romulus. anyway i didnt work for a while after that and then got a call to go and work this site and be the site supervisor, it was still in bellville and it was a moble home community i worked there the first night and had the police called on me because noone knew who i was i soon got a light on the top of my truck and decal for the sides and they told me my exhaust was too loud and would have to be fixed, that wasnt going to happen i just paid alot of monety to get it done. i was not getting paid alot at all to do this job i started off at 7.40 an hour, now i had a ford f150 and it was not light on gas i had to drive around this park for the entire night every hour on the hour and follow suspicious cars coming in and out at all hours of the night and was never given any money for gas i had to wait on my paycheck to do that i got my brother a job there too and he woked in flat rock for a while but like me he got pissed off when his checks and hours magically came up short i didnt protest too much because i needed the job and a little money was better than no money at all but i got fed up i was charged for fingerprints that took two months to get done he was charged for then and never got them done, chrged for our uniforms ten fold this was rediculus so i quit after i got a 45 dollar check for 28 hours..... and my brother 142 dollars for 40 hours....
