AY Transport moving company ripoff San Jose California
AY Transport-Stolen Property!
AY Transport delivered 2/3 of our things with 80% of all furniture, appliances, and misc. boxes damaged, marred, or ruined and broken. They "lost" over 50 dvds, a King size bed, a Queen size bed with boxspring, and numerous boxes. ALL of the furniture is either stained with oil or something (still don't know what), or pieces (legs,front panels, etc...) completely off of the furniture. And even now, they will not return our phone calls, and will not reply to our messages. If only we had seen this sight before hiring them, and I advise to all NOT to use this company!!!!!!

Depending on the dates of your move, here is the contact info for their insurance companies. You will never get your claim filed through AY. LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE CO. Attn: GREG NAPPI Address: 175 BERKELEY ST BOSTON, MA US 02117 Telephone: (617) 357 - 9500 Fax: (715) 843 - 2650 Policy # AT1-391-425991-014 They have cancelled this policy three times in the past year, but each new policy has the same agent and policy number (that I don't understand. One policy was in effect from 3-24-04 until 7-6-04, then from 7-6-04 through 8-5-04, and the third from 8-5-04 through now. Contact Mr. Nappi to get your claim filed.
