2017 Ağustos ayında Light in the box co ltd şirketinden cep telefonu satın aldık yeni bir kampanya yapmışlardı ve güzel bi telefon aldığımı düşündüğümden çok sevindim ancak firma bu işi düzenli olarak yaptıkları halde sanki bilmiyor gibi Türkiye'ye telefon pazarlıyor ama Türkiye ise gümrük geçişine izin vermiyormuş ben hayatımda ilk kez bu şekilde telefon alıyorum bilmemem doğal ancak firmanan bunu bilmemesi imkansız üstelik de madem telefonu alamıyorum paramı iade edin dediğimizde ise DHL ile gönderdiklerini onlar iade edemedikleri için parayı iade edemiyeceklerini bildirdiler yaptıkları pazarlama da benim telefonu alamıyacağımı biliyorlardı ancak genede bana bu ürünü sattılar ben şimdi mağduriyetimin giderilmesini istiyorum paramı ya da telefonumun bana ulaşmasını sağlasınlar sevincim kursağımda kaldığı gibi sıkıntısı cabası oldu olmaz olsun böyle insanlar
