AZ Metro Auto Sales, Ben Jackson Scam car salesman Tempe Arizona
I purchased two vehicles from Ben Jackson and he claimed that he was a part owner of this dealership. He evidently was not. Becasue it has been over 90 days and they cannot produce the registration or any title work for these vehicles. Ben has since left the dealership. I have since found out that he has scammed them. Now I have two vehicles and they cannot get them registered.
The dealership AZ Metro Auto Sales is not the issue he is. They have been bilked by him and they are left holding the bag here. If you encounter this man in any way shape or form run and do not walk away. I was under the impression that he was a friend and this is how he has treated me. I was at his home for graduations etc... We were even considering going into business together. ( I dodged that bullet) However, I still have two vehicles that I have no idea as to how this is going to play out.
He is smooth talking but in the end evidently you will be screwed just ask his formed dealership and me.
I am reporting him to the Attorney General plus my credit union is following up on this situation. Unfortunately, his former dealership are the ones who are getting hurt in this process but where is he at in all of this? Gone with the wind. he has no repercussions here. That is why I wanted to at least put it out there for anyone looking to deal with or hire him. I WOULDN'T if I were you. Cause it seems like in the end you will regret it.
