You clearly incriminate yourself you insist on blaming someone else for your flaws just like others on here: 'I have been having problems with BB AND T for a year and I blamed myself even though I couldn't find my errors.'

Call, write, email, or fax the Commissioner of Banks in your state. BB&T (and probably other banks) is allowed by law to hold and debit accounts "at their discretion". It's common sense that they would withdraw before depositing items if it increases their revenue. If people would fight back and let the lawmakers and law enforcers know we're aware of what's going on, maybe the laws would be changed. Banks should be allowed to charge valid fees, but not create fees "at their discretion". WRITE, CALL, FAX, EMAIL the Commissioner, your Senator, your Govenor.
