I have read the 5 other Rip Off Reports about this company and my only wish was that we could really do something to them. I am going to call the BBB in FL and the Attorney Generals Office too. A suggestion is if you file a report here, leave the contact information you use for BBB and Atty Generals Office so others can do the same. I'm going to have to go search for the information.

Like the others, B Central Direct called here and had about a 30 second really rushed conversation with a department manager and recorded it. They told me the marketing department calls 1 day and explains the service (web advertising) and tells you the price and all and then within the next day or so another person calls back to get the confirmation about being able to proceed. They played back this conversation and I'm really beginning to wonder if they didn't edit the conversation to make the answers fit the questions they way they wanted.

I've tried to call and resolve this numerous times and haven't gotten anywhere yet. First I spoke to Dana Jones at extension 337, she said she would pull the information and call me back. I never heard anything from her and finally called again and got someone else. When that person was rude I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said it was Dana (who was already rude the first time).

When I called again I spoke to a nice man, but he wasn't very helpful either. He did verfiy that Dana was the supervisor. He did offer that they would prorate our bill too...but the fact is we didn't authorize it and the information on the site is wrong and we are not going to pay for it.

The most interesting thing that man told me was when we were just chatting and I was telling him how aggravating this all was. He said that when the marketing people are talking to you they don't tell you how much their service really costs...they say it is 419.99. Now in a rushed conversation..."we will bill you for (4) 19.99" is how we could intrepret that statement. That's what the man who worked for B Central Direct told me...isn't that interesting.

I will be updating this when I get contact names and numbers for the BBB and Atty Generals office. Wish me luck...because I know when you get involved with this company it's heck getting out of it! (oh and this has only been going on since April so I don't have the threats of being send to a creditor yet, I'm sure that's coming)
