B. Elliot Financial They blatantly lied and mispresented facts to me and my son in a mortgage loan scam. Boca Raton Florida
My son (Gary/family)was shopping for a better place to live in FL beginning around approx. June/July time frame of 2005. He had been applying online with Eloan and Ditech when he received a call from two people saying they could get him a loan for 2% interest rate with almost nothing down.
Gary carried with him a prequalification letter for loan of up to $250,000 given to him by Youvella Molnar, Loan Officer. They then started looking. Some time later, Youvella told Gary his credit score was not high enough for the lower interest rate so his rate would be 8 or 9%, way more that he could afford. He had told Youvella he could only handle around $1200 monthly. Gary called and discussed the situation with me and I ask Gary to ask Youvella if he could qualify for the lower rate if I cosigned. Big Mistake. Youvella took my all my information from w-2 forms to my retirement statements, bank statements etc..
She then took it upon herself to apply for a loan in my name only, leaving Gary out totally. They used scamming tactics on me to pressure me into signing closing documents all along telling me Gary's name was on the loan.
I am retired and I live in NC. They used this difference in location to deceive me and Gary and to make a long story short, He is in a loan (in my name) paying negative amortization because he cannot afford to pay interest only or full payment. They of course deny that they deceived us or lied but I promise they did exactly that.
Youvella and Matthew Shingleton, Branch Manager falsified the income on the contract, I thought it was Gary's salary. Used Gary's place of work in FL as my workplace and used second residence but I was supposed to occupy the home within 60 days.
All total lies, but not being in my right mind and trusting these clowns, I signed my life away. I will stop here but there is much more. Please contact me, I need assistance.

It is unfortunate that there are bad people in this world, but it is a reality. The above individual that filed this report is a liar and is also one of those "bad people" in this world. Nothing was ever done bad or illegal to her or any of our other clients. We have lovely testimonies on our webiste and are in PERFECT standing with the department of financial regulation and the better business bureau. I can provide documentation of that as well. Both the better business bureau and the department of financial regulation in florida threw out her complaints after find out what kind of "person" she is (bad), and furthermore that there is no substance to her claims and allogations. I love my business and we are great at what we do. If anyone that reads this needs help with mortgage financing, you may contact me directly.
