Chris Cottrell of B Massive L.L.C claimed that he could help remodel a home I purchased. I hired him to do three basic jobs 1) Remodel a Bathroom including a shower pan, 2) Tearout and tile kitchen floor and 3) Scrape popcorn from ceiling. He messed up all three jobs mostly the bathroom job by getting drypack (concrete) into the drain. After the shower was tiled and completed, we had to tear out the entire shower again. When we tore it completely out (by another contractor), he noticed that he didn't seal the pan and that it was not installed to code and would have leaked the moment we would have used the pan. Furthermore, when he started laying the tile into the kitchen, because the tile was so unlevel, we had to stop him and tear out the tile and start over which I did myself. The same thing happened with the popcorn ceiling. They were dry scraping the ceiling and took them three hours to do about 15 feet of ceiling. Any decent contractor knows that you wet the ceiling before you scrape (which I learned myself later). I ended up wetting it and scraping the entire home myself becasue B Massive had no idea how to get this done either. I had to pay plumbers and other contractors to repair all of the work from B Massive.
The bottom line, is that Chris Cottrell is trying to do things that he has no idea how to do and ripping off the people who don't know better. When I contacted him to get a partial refund he claimed that I was a 'Rookie Flippper" and had no business flipping houses. Beware of this guy - and this rookie flipper learned his lesson and am passing it on to anyone else who comes into contact with B Massive L.L.C. to avoid doing business with this guy.
