We appreciate your concern with pricing for our products and services, we're sorry you feel that you've been wronged by our company, but must attest to the following:
1) We have no client by the name of Lisa W. on record having ever retained our services. If you'd like to contact us and provide us with your real name we will do whatever we can within our means to rectify this situation if you have indeed been wronged.
2) All items being considered for use in design are presented to clients in the form of a written proposal including the price, and those items are not procured until said client has agreed to and signed the proposal. Therefore, there are no surprises, if a client does not wish to pay for what they might feel is overpriced, they simply do not sign the proposal.
3) Items for sale in the showroom are not 'marked up' 300%. if the client feels that the price for an item was high, it could possibly be because there was a fee charged for design services applied to the item itself, and they should have not agreed to and signed a contract for retaining our services.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that the above complaint is given by a person whom we have no record of ever having been a client, and because there is no proof or examples provided for this alleged overpricing, that this complaint can only be considered unfounded and slanderous until proven otherwise, though we appreciate your input.
