Buy a ticket, enter all your info on their secure website.
Then they request you fill out a form prior to ticketing
Credit card number, Driver license, social security number, date of birth, etc
THIS IS a terrible way to do business and I would not trust them. When I told the supervisor I was uncomfortable sending all this info across the fax machine, he laughed and said that anyone at their agency could see the same information on their computer screen.
Don't be a victim to some scam like BACC.
