Baccle Order never shipped (as far as I know)
I ordered a 2 piece luggage set from Baccle via an internet add in late March. Last week I attempted to contact customer support; however, the email was returned undeleverable. The add states that I should have received the luggage in 7 - 10 days. It was 14 days at the time I attempted to contact customer service.
I have never received any contact, i.e. an email stating item was shipped, or would be delayed. They do not have any cuxtomer service as far as I am concerned. As of today, the item should have been here 10 days ago. But as I said I have not heard from the company since I received mu thanks for ordering email the same day I ordered it.
