I thought I was paying 1 .00 for a simple service ---ended up getting charged 20.00 a month repeatedly BACKGROUNDFEE.COM is a total scam.  The owner josh is too busy to answer disupte emails because he is busy raking in the cash from his company's deceptive practices. STOP THEM!
