Did have both delivered the following day which was nice. The 2 guys (both blacks)..I am NOT RACIST...were rude and very vulgar plus smelled of pot...(WHAT ELSE is new for them?..right?) Put the dining room set together and a couple of chairs has adings in them...called the store Wed. 25th...Asked for a arrangement to made to come fix them...Friday...Played email tag with a "Customer Service" representative )Marina)..Useless..FINALLY..I asked her for the # to the warehouse..which she gave me..@ 5:30 that night..called the # and someone said they would be back in touch within 48 BUSINESS hours..Ok..That would be Tues. July 31....Guess what..no call.Wife emailed them that night and told them..to make arrangements to pick everything up...(By law,,ther is a 10 day "cooling off" period..where if the customer is not satisfied..they can return the product..NO QUESTIONS ASKED> Well wouldnt you know..call a call the following morning at 9:03...we'll be there tomorrow between 9:30 and 11 am. Said NO..We will let you you know when WE will be available...Keep you posted Reason of review: Warranty issue. Preferred solution: Price reduction. I didn't like: Overall experience.
