Our company, RSA Funding, LLC sent escrow in the amount of $250,000 over 30 days ago for business financing and we have since been ignored after their receipt of our funds.
They haven't closed our loan nor have they refunded our escrow deposit. We just continue to get the "run-around" from their personnel and are constantly told "24 hours". This was 24 hours almost three weeks ago and we are very concerned that Balimo Investments might not be forthcoming with all pertinent information.
Does anyone know if Mr Brosshard Kurt is still involved with Balimo Investments Ag? He was listed on the Escrow Agreement as the point of contact for the Lender.
All we request is that our loan be funded in the good faith that we negotiated early on with the folks at Balimo Investments AG.

We hear that there is talk of an "imposter" that has used Balimo Investments AG for fraudulant purposes.
For the recored, we have worked wth the REAL Balimo Investments AG organization. Yet, they still a have failed to close our transaction and are still holding our $250,000.

Update all on Balimo Investments' AG "goodwill" promise to contact us about our transaction and our $250000 deposit.
They didn't have time for me today because of someone creating fake profiles of their personnel on LinkedIn??
Just very disappointed that they couldn't even give me any information regarding or loan or deposit.

We are in current discussions now with Balimo Investments AG And Brosshard Kurt to settle this "misunderstanding" between the parties. We are very hopeful that this "misunderstanding" can be brought to conclusion as soon as possible.
We are grateful that the people at Balimo Investments AG are working diligently with RSA to work out our disagreements.
