   Warning, do not buy anything from banana hobbY. Do not buy RC-"radio controlled" -planes, helicopters, or cars from Banana HobbY.First, there product descriptions are false, and you will have to accept what they send you " as is " because there is no way to return it.
   In other words, if it comes with missing parts or it arives D.O.A. it can not be returned or exchanged and this is why. In order to return it under there policy it
would have to be sent back with in 7 days and only after they have issued a RMA number.
   They make it impossible to get a RMA number because there is no way to contact them. The local and 800 phone numbers listed on the web site never answer and are fake. Emails sent to them will be ignored. The web sites live chat is laughable, you
will be made to wait a half hour to get a response and when they respond they will avoid the issue. They will make you wait another half hour for a response, change
the subject and become insulting.
   I went to chase bank for help,the claims department told me to return the
merchandise regardless and they would open a claim to get me a refund.
   I gave chase claims department proof from UPS that they received it and signed
for it. Banana hobby sent chase bank the return policy and then chase closed the claim stating I that I did not comply with it.
   There is no way to comply with there return policy. Chase bank turned there back on me and now the assholes at banana hobbY have my helecopter and my money.
   Do not buy anything from banana hobby.
   You will be sorry you did.
   They are the scum of the earth.

Like any other order with other online companies, the first thing you should do is read the policies before agreeing to them by placing your order. Under our policies, we have stated that if you are missing any items, you need to report it to us in within 7 days so the first thing that you need to do is just simply inform us either by email, live chat or our phone systems that you didn't get everything. Even if you leave us an email in within the first 7 days after the tracking shows delivered and we did not immediately respond until after this time period, we will still send out that replacement part if you are truly missing that particular item. As for the 1-800 phone line, we never listed a 1-800 phone line as we only have a local phone line 1-626 and a toll free number which is 1-866. We do apologize for the inconvenience of our live chat systems as we have improved with new employees and with a new training system. Because you have not been granted a RMA number back then and you have shipped it back to us anyway, we do not have a way of keeping track of your return.

If you can provide me with your order number, I can look into it and help you clear up any miscommunication and try to help you with getting your helicopter back and with repairs depending on the situation and information I can pull from your order.
