bananalotto Reward ripoff Internet

After spending lord knows how many months saving points I redeemed them for a PC game (Luxor). After waiting for 3 months I emailed them to ask about it and was told it was proceeding. Over 3 years later my history on the site shows me getting the game - I never did!!! Complete waste of my time and I'm really annoyed.
