I  have been playing bananalotto for some time, yes its free and you need thousands of points to exchange for a small token, however, recently, 20.03.11, i got 6 numbers on 8th grid which wins a 1000 cheque, this was confirmed by bananalotto and was told this  would be sent out to me, a few days later, i recieved an email from someone in france saying they were from mediastay, part of the lotto group, asking me for my bank details so they could tranfer the money into my account. This seemd wrong to me as on the lotto web site, it has section on phishing scam and if i suspect anything, i should email or msg them with details. I have sent 4 msgs over the course of 2 weeks and had nothing back wth regards to my concerns or as to whether they will be sending my cheque in the post as stated. It says all msgs will be answrd in 3 working days. i have also sent a letter to mediastay ,asking for confirmation of my winnings and aboutmy concerns with the email i recieved.
They have putmy name up as having won the 1000 cheque for all to see who play the game. To me this is deception and fraud if they have no intentions of paying out and should be looked into by the governing who ever this may be and also rading standards. If they are coning people, they should be stopped but to me the worst aspect is the deception. Yes i am angry and annoyed.

Just a quick update, i have recived the cheque and it has cleared, mediastay were actualy very helpful in sorting the problem out, there is still an issue with the bananlotto page when trying to accesss information and i have still not recived any emails from banana lotto with regards to the problems i was having so there is a break down somewhere in communication or their help desk as i still recive and play the daily game, anyway, i am content and happy with the way mediastay delt with everthing, if you have problems, persist and insure you write to them within the stated time limit, for me i can retract my initial report and apologize to mediastay and their staff and hope that they work to resolve any glitches with sending out emails via bananalotto.

Well, after my last complaint and many emails and the odd letter, i have had my winnings sent to me and awaiting for them to clear in the bank, I was told that bananalotto had replied to my emails but never had anything from them in my in box or in my spam mail and they still send my daily play so im sure there is a break down between lotto and mediastay. The young lady who replied to my emails was very nice and genuine and soory for the misunderstanding. There is hope for all who do win just need pesistance and write to the relevant people. So, all being well and my cheque clears, i forgive you bananalott.
