Dear Honorary Attorney General

When a poor physically disabled man is cheated and hurt, he knocks on every door for justice and help. When all fails, he/she turns to final ultimate God. In my case YOU, Attorney General is the Ultimate GOD. You are the 'governing' entity of a country where a company has unjustly and unfairly robbed me of my hard earned money.

I have been knocking on CEO of Banc De Binary door since December 20 2012 and he does not even respond to
me or my emails requests. He has just turned DEAF ears and BLIND eyes to me and if I die due to my mistake with banc de binary, he will be least bothered. So NOW I have decided to approach the Governing God of Banc De Binary, to do the
justice. I have nothing to hide so that is why I am again  CC Mr. Oren CEO of Banc De Binary also. I am also CC Zoe, the broker who sold me the trading account and promised many things such as personal sessions if I deposit up to
$15,000 and an Iphone and 32 inch TV and to date nothing has been provided to me. In whole, I have been defrauded fully.

So Mr. Attorney General God of Cyprus, you are my TRUE hope and I will fly to Cypress to meet you and will sit outside CySEC till the justice is done. I am an American and Canadian citizen and I am sure that my plea to you will be broadcast LIVE on CNN for the world to see, Because I will FAST outside CySEC without food till either you do the justice or I die. I will advise the USA and Canadian embassies & CNN of my intentions, so they can see how fraudulent Banc De Binary is. 

But then again, if you Mr. Attorney General God can listen to my plea, you will be saving my life literally. Please Mr. Chairman GOD do the justice and when you will read the letter below I emailed to Mr. Oren CEO of Banc De Binary, you will KNOW what I am seeking as justice.

Few weeks ago, I had the pleasure to talk to Zoe re my account with Banc De Binary. Things went well in initial talks and I opened the account with $10,000. Then I knew that due to my personal reasons {stated below}, I would not have the
time to do the trading without risking my money, therefore I was introduced to Alex. Alex convinced me to become a VIP client by depositing additional $5,000 in my account. Which I did.

Now a little back ground which will help you to understand my point behind this email:

I am a cancer survivor, half blind and was a multi millionaire for over 20+ years in San Francisco bay area, till
I married a Russian woman in 2004 and then lost it all because of my very wrong marriage... today I am divorced & am in Canada , working as a security guard in 4 different jobs... and every night I cry myself to sleep.... thinking
about the my successful life of 20+ years in CA and pray for any deal to close... if I can close any deal, I will make it back again and never will make that mistake with any woman...!!!

I joined Banc De Binary VIP account to make some money so I can get my life back. But it is self evident that even
in that program, I have to be on Skype, analyze Alexs analysis and execute his recommendations, for which I have no time for, due to my 4 security guard jobs.

I borrowed $15,000 from my credit cards to make a deposit in Banc De Binary account, on which I am paying 20%
interest. I have requested unlimited times with Zoe and customer service to refund my money so I can pay back my credit cards because currently due to my time restraints, I am NOT able to devote required time for profitable trading.
But that does not mean that in future I will not be able to also.

I am working real hard to get my life back, being a Blood Cancer patient & being half blind poses great
restrictions on my life. Especially after losing my rich life of 22 years in California USA.

I have stated that story numerous times to Zoe, Alex, Elizabeth and Compliance department, but it appears to be falling to deaf ears. Therefore I decided to write this email to you Mr. Laurent and your executive staff.

I have just finished my 3rd book and in that book there is a chapter titled Relanomics and my international
distributors repeatedly has stated that this will be an imminent international best seller. I was going to mention my account with Banc De Binary, but now with what I am experiencing with my withdrawals request, I am going in the
opposite direction.

I work 16 hours a day to build my credit in Canada and all my credit has been used to make a deposit in Banc De
Binary, which is of no use to me. I have vowed to fight with all my might to get my money back so I can pay off my credit cards. I have been coerced with duress tactics to make a sale, when my personal situation and borrowing funds
from my credit cards was totally disclosed.

A CANCER HALF BLIND MAN BORROWS FROM CREDIT CARDS TO TRADE FX WITH BANC DE BINARY is a story that every publication will love to print and even SEC and Federal authorities will investigate since I AM A USA CITIZEN and
Disabled legal blind man with Cancer. 

Mr. Laurent this is NOT a threatening letter but a humble request to REFUND all my personal deposits to my credit
cards immediately. My prior requests to Zoe, Alex, Elizabeth & Compliance department have been ignored.

You are a great businessman Mr. Laurent and I am sure that you can sense the factual truthful in my humble request and I am sure you will comply with my request. I am originally from India and I was planning through my book, to make your Banc De Binary the greatest trading bank with millions of Indian clients. I have a 22+ years of banking experience, see my attached BIO. But my cancer, half blind state and marrying a wrong woman has brought my life to my knees with death. My spirit is still there, but ever since I have been involved with Banc De Binary, it is even dying. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO KEEP MY $15,000 IN YOUR BANK WHILE PAYING 20% INTREST ON IT.

So Mr. Laurent it is my humble request to PLEASE refund my $15,000 back to my credit cards and till I am ready
to come back , when I have time, just please be supportive of my greatest fight with life and my unfortunate destiny of being a security guard in Canada.

Mr. Laurent: If Money was God, then Bernie Madoff will not be in prison for hundreds of years, what counts is
EMPATHY in life and I am confident that EMPATHY in you will make my request in this email fulfill my request. I am appealing TO YOUR EMPATHY TO MY PERSONAL FACTUAL TRUTHFUL LIFE SITUATION.
