I went to Banfield one time for a very minor problem with a pet because they were close. They tried to ream me with a bunch of extra services too. (and didnt really seem concerned about the issue at hand) I said why dont you guys take care of the s**t that needs to be taken care of?
They did, but now I know what theyre about. Good shill attempt banfield employee.
