Bank of America Mortgage Bank of America "executive office" is a scam, to fool the public Hell, USA, North Carolina
I need sedatives before I try to transact even the simplest task with Bank of America-any division. Unfortuneatly because they have gobbled up everything there is no escape. I want people to know the truth about what they are calling, "the executive office, or the Office of the Executive, President". It is a joke, a scam, a calling center, to make frustrated consumers either use drugs or go away, which I think is the real goal. I had been dealing with incompetant, poorly trained, entry level employees at the "executive office", until I could take it no more, they lost 3 sets of documents (100s of pages each), forgot who I was, and at times seem to forget who they were...I got my legislator involved, and she started pullin her hair out and had to give up (or resort to heavier drugs). Bank of America is soooo dishonest. They are trolling for ways to scam, rip off and make money every day. If it isn't a fight over them hiking (arbitrarily) credit card rates, lowering the available balance or wanting more escrow money based on taxes going DOWN(?) (observe, no telephone number) then it is the horror of calling the executive office, where they seem to all be typical calling center employees. What a great reflection on the "executive"????? When all this recession is over I am finding a small community bank, this is a quality of life issue, not a financial one. I just tried to call and get information on my loan and since it has been referred to the executive office (I havent heard from that moron in 4 months), I can't get anything done at all. Regular customer service is MUCH better. Stop lying B of A. Hire some real employees who are knowledgeable, trained and eager to help, that would be refreshing. All you can do to get their attention (and it takes years even for this method) is not to pay. They don't seem to care about that either...no wonder we are in a recession.
