Four different interactions, four different people, four different stories. OCt. 9 Megan advised me it was okay to send in information about the MHA. Even though I had been out of work for almost a month. (Premature daughter arrived home from NICU two weeks after birth September 30.2009)Behind one rolling into two virtually full payments. Husband nets $500. Mortgage 1,000.I am still on leave.
Explained was working to save last check before baby but was unexpected but it has holiday pay and overtime. (Of course there's not a paid holiday and overtime guaranteed on every check) Oh we understand just send us extra information and we will process it over a 3 month period. You may not qualify but they also take into consideration net as well as gross. (of course how can you base month income on what we bring BEFORE taxes.)We consider both....its only LOGICAL.
Just to show how we stay afloat I even sent in my 65.00 dollar bonus check.....
November 25.2009 James and I verify they have received the information. I am heading back to work soon and everything is being processed. Can we set up a arrangement for pay.....Unfortunately my husband has no help with bills.....Will try to send in something December 9.2009.
December 9. 2009 Christine.....tells me the case was never referred. I make too much and she can't refer me........We approximated your gross wrong...(escalated call)
Pamela (manager transfer to by Christine) tells me "It was processed (?) you were denied. Well how are you going to fix me losing my home because of wrongfully estimated income....(Verbatim:Well its not my fault you can't pay your bills....If it goes into foreclosure you can just get it out.....But after asking for the location to write a complaint and jotting down every interaction I have had in the past 3 months Pamela offered to correct my gross. I am afraid to provide information like that verbally anymore .....I'd rather you REVIEW statements and documentations. But it has to be done by phone as well. We will also need 3 current pay stubs. (my next current pay stub will be mid-Jan.)
Ironically to make a mockery of me and my family Dec.17, I received an acceptance to the make home affordable plan for 21 dollars less than the initial amount applied for assistance with and they want an immediate payment soon. I may not have a job in January.........Full how heartless and irresponsible is an institution in charge of monies, homes, and futures. With current payments having been at 1032.00 they are now 1011. and we are about 4 months and counting behind....
This is the institution we have trusted to mange and hold our future and accounts but they have no regard for our struggle while abusing our accounts (mortgage and banking alike) with incompetent workers as they please.
