Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The Bank of America, NA formerly Bank of America Home Loans sent a package for Home Modification in early 2010 which we agreed to file an application For Modification Program. They told us in order to qualify should be behind at least 3 months and we are. Another thing to qualify is hardship. My husband got a stroke in June 2007 and reduced our income more than half. That we receive a notice within 90 days upon receipt of our papers. So, we  set back and wait for the response after we submitted all the requirements needed for Modification Program. 90 days pass never heard from them. So, we called to follow-up. The Customer Service said that they need a statement from our bank and my (Joyce Employer's letter with letter head assuring I work for Ideal Security Services). The application should be complete. We sent it through fax and follow-up if they receive. I called up again to follow-up. The customer service said "Everything is receive and will send to the Department for review. They advised us to follow-up every two weeks. Every two weekswwe follow-up still under review. Still waiting until 2010 passed. On February, they sent me again the form to re-applied for Modification Program because the last one was expired. I started all over to send all the papers needed for the program. It was submitted on March 2011 and said will send ASAP to the Department for immediate attention. Advised as again to call every two weeks. We called. According to the Customer Service at Modification Program it's in Final Review. But for the time being we owed them now over $10,000. Give us notice on June 3, 2011 Intent to Accelerate. The original Mortgage is 135,000. with  interest of 7.50% fix on 2003. Now, the mortgage is $118,000. and still on 7.50% fix. When we started the Home Modification Program we owed within three months over $3,000. While waiting for this program to make our Home affordable, they bill us late fees and penalties. Our monthly payment was Only 1230.34. Now our monthly is $1474.13. It's getting harder and deeper to pay every month. This Company is not in a hurry to help us because they still collecting 7.50% Interest. Please,  is there anyone to help us resolve this case. I want to save our home. We did everything what the Bank of America want us to do. Until now, we still paying monthly of $1230.34 while waiting for our loan. We're very frustrated on the slow process. I called The Bar Association here in Daytona Beach for advise but said they don't handle this Modification Program. Only Foreclosure. Please help us, anyone that know about this process?

Contact all of the Investigative Reporters at ALL of your Local News stations immediately and let them know what's been going on with your situation. There is a chance that someone will respond. I suggest that you mail them your story by way of the Post Office in a yellow manila envelope. (Also email them.)

Most people send information over the web. Your letter, containing your story, will get noticed if you send it the old-fashioned way, because most people will email the Local News stations. Mark on the envelope: URGENT!!!

Then contact your Attorney General's office right away and mail your information registered mail, as well as sending an email.

Also remember this: a bank CANNOT legally throw you out of your house. It needs to be done through the legal system and only a Judge can do that. Most people believe that a bank can send a letter and have you evicted from your home. That's not true. There are people who have been living in their homes (squatting) for several years without paying the mortgage.

***Make sure to 'Google' this- 9WANTS TO KNOW STARTS WEEK-LONG PUSH TO HELP HOMEOWNERS, and watch that video and read the article on the web. (Your best bet is that someone at one of your Local News stations will help you.)

Don't bother sending any info to the National News stations. Believe it or not, they are controlled by the ones who created this entire mortgage mess. They (NBC & CBS) also knew about the collapse of the U.S. economy and the stock market crash over a year BEFORE it happened! Just type in 529757 at this site and read an exact copy of one of the MANY letters they were sent in 2007. It appears in 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #529757.
Then type in 271771 at this site and take a look at whose addresses appear in 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #271771. (Pay attention to the date of that consumer comment also.)

Good luck to both of you!
