Bank Of America ripoff Baltimore Maryland
On 5 seperate occassions BOA returned/rejected my deposites. Why? DEPOSITOR NOT ON ACCOUNT. 1rst deposite returned: Paycheck. Issued as *****, because the E was not there, they returned it, I was pennyless for a week until I got the check back. NSF Fees were not refunded on the returned checks I had already sent out for my bills.
2nd and 3rd: Check was made out to ***. Again it was returned.
4th: Check was issued to ***. Deposite was returned. This time, they DID refund my nsf fees and told me when a check is issued to **( ME ) I should sign it and then below, sign.
5th: Check was issued to me as Lew Bupp. It was deposited along with my paycheck. They took the paycheck and rejected the other check. I did what they said, signed it. I can get no where with BOA. Everytime I speak to them, they tell me that Lew Bupp is not on the account. They don't seem to want to understand that I AM L-- B- L-- B--IS SHORT. I am fed up with these jerks. I now have to go another 2 weeks with no money because if this.
