An account was placed under my name erroneously. Since then, Bank of America has damaged my name, and my credit Bank of America has entered derogatory information into my credit file. I should not be responsible for Bank of America mistake. Bank of America is fortune 500 company and has resource to enable accurate information about the clients inquiring new services. Bank of America allows an account to be placed under my name erroneously. Bank of America should verify all information prior to approving any application's for services. Bank of America does not care about their customer or anyone their terrorize they well being. All in all, Bank of America just care about the big bucks. After years working trying to achieve the American dream of purchasing a home, And Bank of America just crushes a minute. Please remove the following information from credit report. So far Bank of America has not provided to me any documentation for the alleged account. The account has been in dispute over 30 days. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Bank of America was required to respond within a reasonable time, which was 30 days from the initial letter. Neither, Bank of America/ Fleet Bank or Arrow Financial Services Company able to locate any information on the account.
