Frank's Ripoff Report, which is an open letter that he composed and sent to Barney Frank, the Finance Committee Chairman, and posted here at this site and at another site.
You can do the same thing! Write a letter to Bank of America's CEO and post it here. Many people come to this site every day, and maybe your letter will get the attention of Bank of America's CEO.
*Write a letter- you'll feel better!

So what is the rest of the story? Your subject says in part "bank of america the associate made a transaction on my debit card of 159.02 and i have no money left in my checking account."
How did an employ take $159.02?
Dispute the debit if you are sure the money wasn't taken to cover bounces.
That is my bet

contact your Attorney General and file a report regarding any fraud that may have taken place by someone at the bank, if indeed this is what occurred. You can also contact ALL of your Local T.V. Stations in your city and get in touch with their Investigative Reporters and maybe someone will do a story about it on your Local News.
Good luck, & keep us posted.
P.S. You can always let us know the name of the employee at the bank who committed the fraud, if in fact this is what took place, okay?
