Bank of America has created a system that hesitates customers to get a credit card back up for your checking in case it overdrafts, and they are not very up dated on their information for the account, so you barely notice that your account is overdrafted, and your credit card goes up and up and you don't even notice.and when you stop using this service the overdraft fees are of $35.00 for even $2.00 that you went overlimit and even if you deposit it the same day it overdrafted.

Any how, they want to get your money, either making you fall into a large debt on credit card that surprise you and plus fees for this service, or overdraft fees that legally or illegally steal you money right on your face.If any one knows if this is legal or illegall or not, shoul let people know, because I have fallen in to it and paid over $600.00 of overdraft fees in just three days for a mistake that I know I committed for not knowing my balance was almost over and they took advantage of it.They simply follow a chain with all the expenses that I made.

people of the USA right now!!! Batman: I know, boy-wonder, we must help all the people. Robin: What should we do? Batman: Hmm, I guess we should have all the people of the United States simply speak-out all over the worldwide web. Robin: GOLLY GEE WILAKERS, you're genius, Batman! Batman: Are you sure you spelled 'genius' properly? Robin: I think so. I don't think there's an 'o' in genius, Batman. Batman: Hmm, I'll call Aunt Bee in Mayberry, & ask her. Robin: Tell her to have Goober send the spark-plugs for the Batmobile. Batman: Okay, I will. Robin: Hey Batman, do you believe that the rest of American's retirements, 401K's, IRA's, & even pensions could be in jeopardy? Batman: Boy-wonder, everything IS connected. So I believe it's a good possibility that the rest of American's retirements, 401K's, IRA's, & even pensions, could be in serious trouble. Robin: HOLY SWISS CHEESE, Batman!!! We gotta let them know!!!! Batman: Precisely, boy-wonder. I'll think of a way we can let the whole nation know. Robin: Batman, after we're finished saving America, can we take a holiday? Batman: If we took a holiday.... took some time to celebrate..... just one day out of life...... it would be..... it would be so nice, huh? Robin: YA! IT WOULD!!! Batman: Tell Alfred to fuel-up the Batboat! Robin: I will!!!! End.

and DECEPTION, in order for the few at the TOP to make their MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of dollars in compensation. Simply take a look at the TWO biggest purchases that most Americans make in their lifetime- 1) HOMES & 2) AUTOMOBILES. Both of these purchases require FINANCING for about 99% of Americans, don't they? The days of doing things 'right' are GONE! They WON'T come back! It's just the 'way' America works today. Too bad, huh? WELCOME TO AMERICA- IN FRAUD WE TRUST!

Cortes, all of this is in your control. You don't need the bank, it's systems, or otherwise to determine whether you overdrafted your account. If you keep an accurate check register, you will notice when you overdraft BEFORE the bank does. The truth is this: the bank should be the LAST to know you overdrafted your account - they should not be first. If they are the first to know, it means you aren't even managing your own money and that's your job - not the banks. What's more - you agreed to accept the fees you're being charged when you opened the account. It's in your account agreement, so you're out of luck on it being illegal. All banks handle this sort of transaction in an identical manner, so what happened here would happen to you anywhere. Just accept the fees, keep a register, and you'll never overdraft an account ever again.

and use a check register. Then, you wouldn't even have to worry about overdraft.
