First ......where's the rip off here? 2nd........with alllll the nastiness the banks are seeing daily.......is it any wonder the reps have turned nasty? Im not saying its right.......but d**n......ya gotta understand. If the calls they receive daily are anything close to the nastiness I see posted here about how they do business.......NSF/ODF and the like.....Im sure the reps get tired of being screamed at, cussed out, yelled at...called names etc. If people........ALL people who bank would merely learn to keep an accurate and updated register I have to wonder if most of their banking issues wouldnt come to a screeching halt. I know "poo poo occurs" and accidents happen......but getting hit with exorbitant NSF/ODF fees just ONCE would set the record straight and it wouldnt happen again. Stop trusting the online banking system and what your debit receipts tell you. BALANCE the d**n thing..daily if need be....and stop spending more than you have or more than you THINK you have. Recently I failed to balance my register for nigh unto 3 weeks...no excuse....just didnt wanna do it. YET.....I KNEW in my head to within 5 bucks what was in my account at all times. Lo and behold when I balanced last night...I was almost exact. At no point did I worry or ponder when something would post....how or if it would post. I didnt care.....I knew I hadnt spent more than I had in there. That's all it takes folks.....keep a register and keep it current. I feel so bad that soooooo many of you get hit with such horrendous fees.....yet YOU continue!! WHY? After the first time........dontcha get it?

Your report gives no details as to how you were scammed by the bank. Let me take a guess... you overdrafted your account?
