B of A = "Bunch of As_holes"! I'll start out with the main most important reason I'm PISSED OFF AT BofA: The month of Dec.03 NSF CHARGES ALONE total to $704.00 In ONE MONTH! yes $704.00 1 month service charges.

Know wonder there is not enough money in my account to cover 2 CHECKS, 17 ELECTRONIC, "ITEMS"

This seldom happened when I had DIRECT DEPOSIT (recently laid off) New employer hasn"t offered DIRECT DEPOSIT yet,

Now that I'm receiving MY PAY CHECKS, Instead of BofA receiving MY PAYCHECKS directly, They think It's fair to punish "The little guy" and charge him $704.00 IN 1 MONTH - - - $160.00 in 1 DAY - - - $32.00 for A $7.95 ITEM not paid, Etc...

Then to top it off, I receive A letter fron CAMCO COLLECTIONS (also on your website) Dec.03 Stating that They have A judgement against me, On behalf of BofA For yet another $491.00 what the hell is this ??? BofA is getting their money before the people I'M TRYING TO PAY

I've had this account since 1989 and 2 previous account before that, joint/single checking accounts, This Is FLAT OUT RIDICULOUS Can Anybody PLEASE! Let Me know who I should br contacting, (NOT BofA) But some sort of Regulator, Or if I have any kind of case, refer me to what type of lawyer to contact ??? I'm NOT sitting still on this one !!! -

-Thank you--

Corperate Bastards Screw Up Constuction Job

I was doing a carpet job for BofA in a brajnd new fancy building in Walnut Creek CA (office space) The job was so screwed up we barely got the floor down as furniture was comming in, we of course were waiting on the painter and didn't have lights ect... But the BIGGEST PROBLEM was we had to wait for them to bore holes in the concrete and have these "special covers" MANUFACTURED and delivered and installed last minute B.S. These "SPECIAL COVERS" turned out to be "PUTTING GREENS" in their private offices, Complete with flags and all. Now I'm sure this cost BIG MONEY, But think about these corp.excecutives being paid with OUR MONEY to golf in their own offices ON THE CLOCK But We Can't Ever Get A Phone Call Through ? ? ?

I cannot see how simply changing from direct deposit to manual deposit could create all these overdrafts. Why should B of A care how the money is deposited? Did someone at B of A tell you this? That could be dynamite in a court hearing if you can get B of A to show up for it, that is. The Federal regulatory agency you need to contact is the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The OCC will tell you that it is a civil matter, but you can log your complaint against them. Any inquiry by the OCC (and they will inquire, but that is about all the help you can expect)seems to make B of A very uncomfortable, which might help you get some of these fees reversed. The OCC complaint I filed did cause B of A to belch up some subpoenaed court records (they simply ignored the subpoena; neither B of A or the records showed). Alas, it was a full ten days after the hearing which subsequently allowed the judgment debtor to file bankruptcy on us. Nothing this moron bank does or tries to do surprises me anymore. It seems to operate with the goal of getting your money into its pockets. It got our money and we have never even been their customer! My best advice to you is to get this straightened out as best as you can and change banks entirely. Avoid all National Banks like the plague and go with a local bank, "local" meaning one regulated on a state level. If you are in doubt, ask before opening an account. The lack of regulation/help available on the Federal level amazes me, so unless you are willing to constantly sue for redress a state regulated bank or a credit union is your best alternative. Good luck!

rest assured I'm sure corperate executives have all received their big ass BONUSES

I forgot to mention that the statements of NSF that BofA is mailing are arriving somtimes up to 10 days AFTER their service charges are being taken out, Funny BofA allows that portion to be overdrawn but the received items remain unpaid. 10 days late by the time I deposit MY next paycheck they've already wracked up hundreds of dollars in NSF fees But rest assured I'm sure corperate executives have all received their big a*s BONUSES for their Ideas on how to screw over their VALUED CUSTOMERS TOO MUCH MORE TO SAY !! --- So I'll stop here
