Bank Of America Ripoff Thieving "Insufficient Funds Fee" Revisited San Francisco California
Those crooked Bank of America shysters strike again via their insidious automated "insufficient funds fee" swindle:
ALL outstanding electronic debits which we were DIRECTLY responsible for(via actual purchases)were FULLY covered by our remaining end-of-the-statement-period POSITIVE albeit LOW bank balance.
We ordered another round of printed personal checks via the automated re-ordering system, which promptly enough processed the order, but which of course reported no notice of its charged fee or WHEN the account would be duly debited for the re-order(if at all); for all anybody knew the re-order could be free of cost. Before the bank's apologists whine: how is the checkbook "balanced" without a notice of cost?
Naturally the resultant $40-plus check printing charge overdrew the account, putting it into a negative balance, prompting the equally prompt and extortionate fee of $32(the going penalty rate for re-ORDERING customers with low-balance accounts)to be imposed for the bank's(not the customer's)own debit.
Despite being free of any other insufficient funds fees(or their pretexts)for OVER SIX MONTHS the PREDATORY RIPOFF SHYSTERS not only refuse to rightly reverse the fee for their own un-noticed debit but also unscrupulously charge the MAXIMUM $32 fee rather than the minimum $14 or $28 fees merited by the corrupt bank's own insidious fee-structure for a six-month-fee-free account record.
Site propriety prohibits me from calling these knavish, VILE thieves by their REAL names but you do know FULL WELL what I'm thinking!
