Bank Of America PERSONAL LOAN RIP OFF WILMINGTON Delaware
In January 09 I called Bank of America to find out some information regarding a personal loan. Me and my husband had a zero interset credit card ready to expire. We had a loan from our prior bank before they merged with Bank of America,I thought we were doing the right thing. We wanted to borror $8000.00. I was told we would have a interest rate of 9 percernt. They needed more information, so my husband called them back. He too was informed of the rate at 9 percent.
A few days later we recieved the funds attached to our on line banking. Two weeks later we received the bad news. No one informed us that each draw would have a fee as well as the interest rate at 20.99!!! We have very good credit.When we called to infrom them that this is not what was told to us, the gentlemen stated we were. I told him why the blank would a 20.99 interest rate when the credit card would be at 12 percent rate!!! We found out there is nothing we can do, no one would help us out, each month we pay our bills we are never late. We cant borror off our 401 retirment plan do to we are in no hardship. I think this is dead wrong, and of course our conversation was not taped !!
Shame on Bank of America. Shame on CEO of this bank, they are no differnt then used car sales men. What ever happen to the american dream were your credit rating ment somthing. I would like to Thank Bank Of America for taking the extra money we dont have each month to pay over 20 percent interest charge, And I hope you sleep good at nite!!!

BANK POEM There once was a bank In early 2008 That decided one day To raise everyone's rate. Consumers were angry They were stomping their feet The bankers & Toyota Were feeling the heat! Are all bankers just greedy Wake-up on the wrong side of the bed Or maybe something much deeper Like pressure from the FED? Look at the stock market It certainly has 'adjusted' Has the engine in our economy Finally been busted? Cardholders now scrambling Interest rates are too high Without a low rate Who's going to buy? Home prices keep falling We're being punched in the nose But the bankers don't care Neither do the CEO's! Only one thing to do We must SCREAM we must SHOUT We must continue in our effort To let EVERYTHING out!!! We must understand the truth About banking, and much more That's why we must read the reviews About a book called- 'The Score' My poem is over It's my right to 'FREE SPEECH' CEO's packing up from the winter At their mansions by the beach. Thank you. More poems to come! POWER TO THE PEOPLE P.S. 'SLUDGE POEM' (you can 'Google' it!) was the first poem that got it all going! It was posted on 8-23-2007 about Toyota's CEO, Jim Press. Exactly two weeks after it was posted he QUIT his position with Toyota. He announced his resignation with Toyota on 9-6-2007. About 14 months after 'SLUDGE POEM 2' was posted about Toyota's TOP executive in Japan, Katsuaki Watanabe, he was removed from his position as President and was replaced by the grandson of the founder of Toyota. Write a poem- they'll all know him!
